HR Mitra reads every CV against your job description, ranks who fits with the reasons behind each result, and runs a short AI phone screen with the candidates who clear your bar. You see the evidence and make every hiring decision.
Why we built it
A single opening can bring in hundreds of CVs. Reading each one carefully takes several minutes, so in practice the pile gets skimmed. CVs near the bottom are never properly read, the bar drifts as the day goes on, and good candidates are missed because they described their work in different words from the job description. Then come the phone screens, one call at a time.
We built HR Mitra so that every CV gets a full, consistent read against the same requirements, and every shortlisted candidate gets the same first conversation, while the decisions stay with the people who make them.
What we believe
- The AI recommends, you decide. Candidates just under your bar come to you to review, and you can override any result, including an AI reject.

Candidate data
Candidates trust you with their CVs, and you trust us with them. Candidate data is deleted automatically 180 days after upload. We never sell data, and OpenAI, which runs our AI, does not train on data sent through its API. The details are in our privacy policy.
