How AI phone screening works

The link goes out
When a candidate passes the resume screen, we email them a link to their AI phone screen. It stays open for 10 days.

The candidate takes the call
In a browser on their phone or laptop, with a microphone and camera. There is no app to install and no number to dial.

The AI interviews
For up to 10 minutes it asks about their current role and a recent piece of their work, four questions about the work written from your job description and their CV, why they want a change, their notice period and their current and expected salary.

You get the result
The call is recorded and transcribed, and scored with the reasons behind it. Shortlist the candidate or reject them, in one click.
