The Free plan costs nothing. Pay As You Scan, once it is on sale, is a one-off, prepaid purchase of CV screens and AI phone screens. What you buy never expires and never renews by itself, so it stays yours for whenever you hire next. Purchases are not refunded.

A CV we could not read, and an AI phone screen link that was never used, give their credit back to your account by themselves.

Nothing here limits a refund the law entitles you to.
