How AI resume screening works

Add the opening
Upload the job description as a PDF or Word file, or type a few lines about the role. HR Mitra fills in the opening for you to check, salary by the month or the year included, and reads out what the role needs: skills, years of experience, location and certifications, each marked required or preferred.

Upload the CVs
Up to 100 at a time, as PDF or .docx files. Every resume is read in full against the opening.

Get a ranked shortlist
Each candidate gets a match score against your bar. At or above it is a pass, just under it comes to you to review, and the rest are rejected, each with the reasons.

You decide
Override any verdict, including an AI reject. Candidates who pass are sent an AI phone screen link by themselves.

Must-haves stay must-haves
